Now that you have delicious Majestic Farms Blueberries, what are some fun foods to make with them? We asked our very own Farmer Jeff Moys, owner and chief farmer of Majestic Farms Blueberries, who loves making ice cream, to share with us his recipe for Homemade Blueberry Ice Cream! Farmer Jeff’s Homemade Blueberry Ice Cream Ingredients 1-1/2 cup heavy cream 15 oz. Majestic Farms Blueberries 3/4 cup sugar 1/8 Tsp. salt 1 cup whole milk 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Directions Combine blueberries, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Heat mixture over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves while stirring occasionally. Continue heating blueberry mixture until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool for 20 minutes. Puree blueberry mixture in a blender. Combine blueberry mixture, heavy cream, milk and lemon juice in a large bowl. Cover ice cream base with plastic wrap. Chill ice cream base in refrigerator overnight. Pour ice cream base into an ice cream maker. Process ice cream according to manufacturer’s directions.

For an easy picking experience, come see us beginning Wednesday at 8am to harvest from our untouched Blue Crop rows! These ripe, robust berries will practically fall by themselves into your bucket! Our prices are $2.50/lb u-pick, and $3.75/lb pre-picked (for pre-picked visit our online shop).
