4 cups fresh blueberries 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/4 cups cold water Juice of 2 lemons (1/4 cup) Make simple syrup with sugar and water. Can make ahead and refrigerate until use. Add the blueberries, simple syrup and lemon juice to a food processor and puree until smooth. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions. Store in freezer to harden. Sooooooooo refreshing on a HOT day!!
